F. I. Grey moved to the Gulf Coast of Florida in the early 1900's and in 1924 founded F. I. Grey and Son, Inc.  His son James later joined him in his  business and continued on until 1977 when James' sons, John and Chuck took over as President and Vice- President, respectively.  In 1996 John and Chuck Grey purchased a Coldwell Banker franchise.
